Belize cave tubing designed to last approximately 4 hours from most locations . As we drive to the Mean and Dangerous Adventures Belize Cave tubing site we will be narrating the History of Belize. We will be pointing out sites of interest as well. When we arrive at the cave tubing site we will be having a short restroom break. After the break you will be issued with a headlamp, life vest, and an inner tube. We will now start a 20 minute hike through the rain forest towards the entrance of the cave. As we hike we will be doing presentations in Medicinal Plants, Indian History, Fauna, and The Use of The Caves To The Mayan People. The tubing last approximately 1.5 hour. to 2 hours.

Mean and Dangerous Adventures Belize cave tubing is one of the most exciting adventure tours in Belize. Cave tubing is done in national reserve known as Nohoch Che'en Caves Branch Archaeological Reserve. Located at 37 miles on the George Price Highway, makes cave tubing accessible to visitors and locals from all over the country because it is located almost at the center of the country. This is a combination of cave tubing and Xunantunich Mayan Ruins, Cave Tubing and Altun Ha Mayan Ruins, or Cave Tubing and Cahal Pech Mayan Ruins.

Guests driving themselves to our facility need to contact us in advance, so we make arrangements for your arrival. Belize cave tubing is located along the banks of the Caves Branch River at mile 37 on the George Price highway in Frank Eddy Village.

Kids are welcome to participate in Mean and Dangerous Adventures Belize cave tubing. Kids need to be 5 years old or 40 inches tall to participate in Mean and Dangerous Adventures Belize cave tubing.

Safety: Cave tubing in Belize is safe. Safety is our #1 priority. To secure each group, the group is divided in groups of 8 whilst keeping the groups together. Kids are taken special care of. Depending on the group size, we assign a tour guide to the kids to ensure their safety and a peace of mind to their parent(s)

Guests staying in Ambergris Caye, Caye Caulker, and San Pedro need to board one of the early water taxi or flights to Belize City. When you arrive in Belize City one of our representatives will meet you with a sign that reads your name.

For Cave Tubing in Belize Wear: swim suites or shorts, bug spray, water shoes, and bring along an extra change of clothes.

After you have contacted us we will send you GPS coordinates that will direct you to our meeting point. This is for safety reasons. We don't want you to get lost in the rainforest. Belize Cave Tubing ATV Altun Ha Mayan Ruins

Belize Cave Tubing ATV Altun Ha Mayan Ruins is designed to last approximately 6 hours. This includes a 50 minutes drive to the atv site. As we drive to the atv site, we will be narrating the history of Belize and its people. When we arrive at the atv site, we will have a short restroom break. After the restroom break you will be geared up for the atv tour. You will also be briefed on how to manage the 4 wheelers. You will then start the atv tour. You will be drive through Belize's rainforest for approximately an hour. After the atv tour, you will be issued with life vests, headlamps, and inner tubes for the cave tubing tour. We will then start a 20 minutes hike on trails in the rain forest to the entrance of the caves. As we hike we will be doing presentations on Medicinal Plants, and the use of the caves by the Mayan People. The caves part of the tour last approximately 1.5 hours. After the cave tubing tour, you will be served with a local dish of rice and beans with chicken and a soda.

After lunch we will drive an hour to the Mayan ruins of Altun Ha. When we arrive at altun ha Mayan ruins, we will have a short restroom break. After the break we will start the tour of the Mayan ruins of altun ha. Whilst doing the tour of altun ha Mayan ruins, we will be doing presentations on Indian History, altun ha history, and fauna and flora. The tour of the Mayan ruins of altun ha last approximately an hour. After the tour of altun ha Mayan ruins you will be dropped off at your hotel or at the water taxi or airport if you will be going to one of the Island after the tour.

Altun Ha and Cave Tubing

Altun Ha and Cave Tubing is designed to last approximately 5.5 hours. It includes a 50 minutes drive to the cave park. As we drive to the park we will be narrating the history of Belize. Upon our arrival at the cave we will have a short restroom break. After the break you will be issued with an inner tube, headlamp, and life vests.We will then start a 20 minutes hike through the rain forest to the entrance of the cave. As we hike we will be doing presentations on Medicinal Plants and Belize Cave Systems.

Altun Ha and Cave Tubing
The tubing part of the tour last an hour and a half. After the tubing we will drive an hour to the ruins of altun ha. We will be passing the Belize. You can add the zoo to the day’s activities with no extra cost. All you need to do is pay your entrance fees and we will do the tour of the zoo with you.

Upon our arrival at the ruins of altun ha we will have a short restroom break. After the break we will start the tour of the site. The tour of the site last an hour to an hour and a half. Whilst on the site we will do presentations on Indian History, Maya World, and Altun Ha History.

Full Day Exploration, Mayan Temple, Belize Cave Tubing and Zipline

Full Day Exploration, Mayan Temple, Belize cave tubing and Zip Line - Full Day Exploration, Altun Ha Mayan Temple, Belize Cave Tubing and Zipline is a full day package. This package is offered to visitors staying in Belize City area, Ambergris Caye, San Pedro, Caye Caulker, San Ignacio, Belmopan, and Placencia. This package includes a 40 minute drive from Belize City to the Mayan Ruins of Altun Ha. As we drive to to the ruins, we will be narrating the History of Belize and it’s people. We will also be pointing out sites of interest. When we arrive at the ruins, we will have a short restroom break. After the break we will start the tour of the Mayan Ruins of Altun Ha. Whilst doing the tour of the ruins, we will be doing presentations on Medicinal Plants, Mayan History, and The History of Altun Ha Mayan Ruins. The tour of the ruins last approximately an hour.

After the tour of the ruins, we will have another restroom break. After the break we will drive an hour to the zipline site. When we arrive at the zipline site, you will be geared up for the zipline tour. We will be zipping through the canopy of the rainforest for approximately an hour. We will also be zipping over the Sibun river, on which we will be doing the cave tubing.

After the zipline canopy tour, you will be served with a local dish of rice and red kidney beans with chicken. This is served with a soda. After lunch you will have to change into swimming gears and use the restroom. After the break you will be issued with a life vest, headlamp, helmet, and an inner tube. Now that you are issued with your tubing gears, we start a 20 minute hike through the rain forest to the entrance of the caves. As we hike to the entrance of the caves, we will be doing presentations in Fauna, Flora, and Use of The Caves To The Mayan People. When we arrive at the entrance of the caves, you will be instructed about what you can and cannot do. We will now assist you getting on your tubes. This is for safety reasons because we enter the caves on a mild rapid. If we believe the current is too strong, we will create a chain for safety reasons ( safety is our #1 priority ).

 As we tube through the caves, we will be pointing out formations in the caves. When we exit the caves, we will be doing 10 minutes open river tubing that will take us back to our starting point. The entire tubing activity last approximately 1.5 hours. We will now change into dry clothes and head back to our starting point. Full Day Exploration, Mayan Temple, Belize cave tubing and Zip Line is a family friendly activity that can be done by most age groups. Youngest allowed to participate in this activity is 5+ years old. If the child is not 5 years old, he/ she needs to be 40+ inches tall.

Xunantunich and Cave Tubing

Xunantunich and Cave Tubing is offered as a Belize Private Tour. This means that you will not be joined by any other groups. Xunantunich and Cave Tubing includes a drive from central Belize to near the western border with Guatemala. As you head to Xunantunich Mayan Ruins, the history of Belize and its people are being narrated to you by your private tour guide. You will be driving through the twin Towns of Santa Elena and San Ignacio.About 20 minutes leaving San Ignacio Town, you will arrive at a hand cranked ferry that connects the Western Highway to Xunantunich Archaeological Reserve. After crossing the ferry, we drive 3 minutes to the Mayan Ruins of Xunantunich. Upon your arrival, you will have a short restroom break. After the break you will begin the tour of the Mayan Ruins of Xunantunich. This where the History of Xunantunich is presented to you. Your private tour guide will also explain the significance of each building. The tour of the Mayan Ruins of Xunantunich last approximately an hour.

After the tour of the Mayan Ruins you will drive 20 minutes to a local restaurant where you will be served a local dish of rice and beans with chicken. Ater lunch you will drive approximately 40 minutes to Nohoch Che'en Caves Branch Archaeological Reserve where the cave tubing is done. Upon your arrival you will be issued with a life vest, headlamps, and inner tubes. You will then start a hike on a jungle trek to the entrance of the caves. As you hike to the caves, your private tour guide will be doing presentation on Medicinal Plants and Belize Cave Systems. Before entering the caves, you will be instructed on what you can and cannot do by your tour guide.
Xunantunich and Cave Tubing
Just kick back, relax, and refresh in the caves as you're being towed by your private tour guides, Your tour guide will be pointing out formations in the caves as you tube through. The cave tubing last approximately 1.5 hours. When you exit the caves, you will be doing 10 minutes of open river tubing to your starting point. After cave tubing you are to change into dry clothes and head back to Belize City.
Xunantunich and Cave Tubing
Guests staying in Ambergris Caye, San Pedro, and Caye Caulker will be dropped off at the water taxi or at the airport.

Guests staying in Belize City will be dropped off at their Belize City Hotels.

Xunantunich Cave Tubing Zipline

Xunantunich Cave Tubing Zipline is designed to be a full day package. It includes a 2 hours drive from Belize City. As we drive we will be narrating the history of Belize. We will also be driving through the twin Towns of Santa Elena and San Ignacio. About 20 minutes drive leaving San Ignacio, we arrive at the Hand Cranked ferry to cross the Makal River. After crossing the river, we drive 3 minutes to the Mayan Ruins of Xunantunich. When we arrive at the ruins we will have a short rest room break. After the break we will start the tour of the ruins. The tour of the ruins last an hour. Whilst doing the tour of the ruins, we will be doing presentations on Medicinal Plants, Ecology, Indian History, and History of Xunantunich Mayan, Ruins.

After the ruins, we will drive 40 minutes to the zipline site. We will have another short break. After the break, you will be geared up for the thrilling zipline tour. You will be zipping approximately 40 mph through the canopy of Belize’s rain forest. You will be zipping over the same river on which the cave tubing is done. The zipline part of this package last approximately an hour. After the zipline tour, you will be served with a local of rice and beans with chicken with a soda.
Xunantunich Cave Tubing Zipline
After lunch you will be issued with a life vest, a headlamp, helmet, and an inner tube. We will then start a 15 minute hike to the caves.  When we arrive at the entrance of the caves, you will be instructed on what to do and not to do.

Now it’s time to relax and be refreshed by fresh spring water from the mountains by which the river is fed. You will now relax on your inner tubes as you are being towed ( you don’t need to paddle, we do that for you ). As you are being towed we will be pointing out formations in the caves. When we exit the caves we will be doing 10 minutes of open river tubing back to our starting point. The entire cave tubing tour last 1.5 hours. After the tubing tour you will be driven back to where you were picked up.

This special package is offered to visitors staying in Belize City, Ambergris Caye, San Pedro Belize, Caye Caulker, St. George’s Caye, Belmopan, San Ignacio, Dangriga, and Placencia. ATM Cave Tour From Belize City

ATM Cave Tour From Belize City - Your transportation  leaves Belize City  at 7:30 am and arrives in Tea Kettle Village at 8:45am. A 30 minute transfer in a van takes you to the entrance of the reserve.

Then, a 45 minute hike through the Tapir Mountain Reserve, through jungle crossing creeks along the way (be on the look out for the tapirs).  Enjoy a quick snack and orientation from your guide on cave history, preservation and safety, then onward to the cave entrance and the fascinating Maya underworld.

If time permits, you may get the chance to explore some the cavers in the caves. The kayaking through the caves last approximately 1.5 hours.
